Work-Life-Balance

Depending on the workplace, we offer flexible working hours that support a healthy work-life balance. 30 Days Paid Annual Leave + Special Leave

You will receive 30 days of paid annual leave (full-time) as well as additional special leave on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, your own wedding, and other special occasions. This allows you to take a well-deserved break whenever it truly matters.
