Responsible corporate governance

Corporate culture

We place great emphasis on responsible and efficient corporate governance. We view a strong corporate culture as a key factor in the motivation, satisfaction and performance of our employees. We actively engage and involve employees and managers through our intranet and regular training sessions.

Our corporate culture is significantly shaped by our Code of Conduct and our shared vision of success. Transparent communication, regular employee surveys, dialogue and feedback mechanisms, training and standardized processes ensure high quality standards and foster communication throughout the company.

Acting responsibly

Compliance

We place great emphasis on integrity and the prevention of corruption. Our compliance management system includes clear organizational measures, guidelines and control mechanisms to prevent unethical or illegal conduct.

All employees receive regular training on responsible business conduct. In addition, we have a Code of Conduct, an Anti-Corruption Policy and an internal whistleblower system that also allows for anonymous reporting of violations.

Political Engagement

Lobbying

We see it as our responsibility to help shape the legal framework for a successful energy transition through dialogue with relevant stakeholders. The PNE Group’s lobbying efforts involve engaging with political decision-makers in a targeted manner, submitting position papers and actively participating in national and international associations.

As an internationally active company, we are committed to upholding our own standards of transparency and integrity in all markets and to strengthening trust in democratic decision-making processes through honest engagement with political advocacy.

Sustainable supply chains

Supplier relationship management

For the globally active PNE Group, stable and sustainable supply chains are essential. Our company places great emphasis on environmental protection, economic success and respect for human rights throughout the entire value chain.

We rely on active supplier management and close communication with our key suppliers and service providers. In doing so, we implement standardized review processes and establish codes of conduct for business partners as a fundamental requirement for our business relationships. Additionally, we are increasingly striving to integrate social and environmental requirements into our selection processes and contract agreements.
