Thanks to our experience as project developers in the field of renewable energy, we are extremely familiar with the energy market in all of its facets.
Our success proves us right: Following our clear strategy, we generate energy on our own wind farms and PV system, achieving significant scale as an independent power producer (IPP). Our SDAX and TecDAX-listed share offers an excellent investment in a company with outstanding performance in the renewable energy sector.

Management Board
Heiko Wuttke (born 1968) has 30 years of experience in the renewable industry. Before joining PNE AG, the native of Lower Saxony was CEO of 8.2 Consulting AG, which offers consulting services in the field of renewable energies. Prior to this, he demonstrated his skills in management positions in various companies in the energy world. For example, Heiko Wuttke was a member of the Management Board of PROKON Regenerative Energien eG, Director of Onshore and Offshore Development Germany at Vattenfall Europe Windkraft GmbH and responsible for global onshore sales at REpower Systems AG. Heiko Wuttke holds a degree in Energy and Environmental Engineering with a focus on renewable energies.
Since January 13, 2025, Heiko Wuttke is Chief Executive Officer of PNE AG.
Heiko Wuttke is not a member of the Supervisory Board or another controlling body of a company within the meaning of Section 125 para. 1 Sentence 3 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG).
Dirk Simons was born in 1966. From 2000 to 2015, Dirk Simons held various management roles in the RWE Group. He then took on the positions of Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Npower from 2015 to 2019. He subsequently held management positions at renowned renewable energy companies, including CFO on an interim basis at Mainstream Renewable Power and Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) at Mabanaft.
His expertise includes strategic corporate management and the implementation of international projects in the energy sector.
Since May 20, 2026, Dirk Simons is Chief Financial Officer of PNE AG.
Dirk Simons is not a member of the Supervisory Board or another controlling body of a company within the meaning of Section 125 para. 1 Sentence 3 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG).
Roland Stanze was born in Buchholz in the Northern Heath in 1965. He studied economics at the universities of Lüneburg and Bremen. The graduate economist is an experienced expert in the renewable energy business and has been working in the industry since 1992. He has extensive expertise in national and international project planning as well as in the areas of procurement, project financing and M+A. Since 1999, Roland Stanze has helped shape the national and international development of PNE AG in various management roles. Among other things, as Head of Project Financing and Head of Business Development. From 2008, he took on the role of Executive Vice President and, from 2018, Head of Commercial Solutions. Since 2014, he has also been a member of the Management Board (COO) and later Managing Director of WKN, which belongs to the PNE Group.
Before joining PNE AG, Roland Stanze worked in sales at the project developer Energiekontor, Bremerhaven, and was from 1995 to 1999 a fund project manager for infrastructure investments at CFB (Commerzbank-Group) in Düsseldorf.
Since August 1, 2024, Roland Stanze is Chief Operating Officer of PNE AG.

Supervisory Board
Marcel Egger was born in Diepholz in 1965. He started his career with the EUROKAI/EUROGATE Group in 1991 as Director of Finances of the EUROKAI Group. With the founding of EUROGATE in 1999, he assumed the position of Director of Finances and parallel to this was responsible for the foreign activities and business development of the newly founded corporate group. From July 2009 to December 2025, Marcel Egger was a member of the EUROGATE Group Executive Board.
Marcel Egger is a qualified banker and graduated as a certified banking specialist from the Banking Academy in Frankfurt am Main.
Since May 2017, Marcel Egger has been a member of PNE AG's Supervisory Board and Chairman of the Supervisory Board since May 2026. He is a member of the following committees of the PNE Supervisory Board:

Christoph Oppenauer was born in Hameln in 1984. He currently holds the position of Asset Management Officer at Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners in Frankfurt.
Mr. Oppenauer graduated with a degree in business administration in 2007 and subsequently began his professional career as an analyst at Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners in London.
Christoph Oppenauer has been Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PNE AG since May 2020. Christoph Oppenauer is a member of the following committees of the PNE Supervisory Board:

Roberta Benedetti was born in Italy in 1970. She currently works as an independent management consultant in the energy sector, specializing in renewable energy and energy efficiency.

Alberto Donzelli was born in Milan in 1975. Alberto Donzelli is currently a managing director at Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners in London.
He graduated in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan in 1995.

He currently holds the position of Co-Chief Investment Officer of Active Ownership Corporation S.à.r.l and Founding Partner of Active Ownership Group (AOC) in Frankfurt.
Florian Schuhbauer was as a member of the Supervisory Board of PNE AG from 2017 to 2022 and was reappointed to the Supervisory Board in 2025. He is a member of the following committees of the PNE Supervisory Board:
