Social responsibility throughout the value chain
We are mindful of our responsibilities throughout the entire value chain. Together with our business partners, we pay attention to fair working conditions, high safety standards and respect for human rights. This is based on our Code of Conduct and the Code of Conduct for Business Partners. These efforts are supported by country risk analyses, business partner screenings and continuous dialogue with our partners.

For the local community
Regional value creation
As a developer and operator of renewable energy projects, we maintain an open dialogue with communities and local residents to ensure the sustainable integration of wind and solar projects. We promote fair participation processes and create regional value—through both legally mandated and voluntary participation schemes that provide direct benefits to the local population.
In our projects, we strive to prioritize local businesses when contracting trades or services, whenever possible. Additionally, PNE supports local clubs and initiatives through donations and sponsorships. This includes involvement in areas such as sports, culture and social projects.
