Participation of local citizens.

The "Langstedt" project is located in the district of Segeberg in the German state of Schleswig-Holstein and comprises three wind turbines in the 4-megawatt class. One of the turbines was built for the landowner family, while the other two will remain in the region with us as the project developer.  

In addition, a citizen participation in the form of risk-free citizen savings was implemented in cooperation with VR Bank Nord eG. Investors were able to secure an attractive annual interest rate of 3.75 percent over a term of ten years - regardless of the economic development of the wind farm.

From project development to financing, construction and operational management, all services were provided within the PNE Group.
